We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional use. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models used within the application.

3. Offline Use and Liability

Since the application operates entirely offline, RiddleTech and Ephantus Mwaura are not responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or processing errors that may occur on your local machine. The software is provided "as is".

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the software for any illegal activities or to process imagery that violates the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Nazareth Background Remover" name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of RiddleTech and Ephantus Mwaura.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
